About Me

I completed my postgraduate education at Istanbul Arel University, Institute of Social Sciences with a doctoral thesis titled “The Effect of Social Cognition and Interaction Therapy on the Improvement of Occupational Functioning in Bipolar Disorder” in the field of clinical psychology. I’m in the “Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy of Personality Disorders” formation within the New York International Masterson Institute. I also continue my “Lacanian Psychoanalysis” studies in a cartel group, registered with the A.L.I (Association Lacanienne Internationale) in Paris.

I’m a practitioner of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which has an important role in trauma treatment and I’m an associate professor at the psychology departments of various universities. On the other hand, I’m an expert in writing academic articles, journals and a chapter author “Working Life and Bipolar Disorder” published by Istanbul Bilgi University. As a member of the Bipolar Life Association, I take a part in social responsibility projects. Among the “Post-Specialist Education Program (DUSEP)” trainer for the psychological education of the Bipolar Disorders Association.
